- Advised two Taiwanese electronic components manufacturers on the sale of control to Asian private equity firms, with a deal value of approximately US$136 million and US$130 million, respectively
- Assisted a European private equity firm in a US$1 billion asset acquisition from a European specialty chemical company
- Advised an agricultural science and technology company listed in TWSE on its delisting and a US$200 million merger with an American private agricultural technology and solution enterprise
- Advised a Taiwanese textile manufacturer and innovation enterprise on a US$530 million sale of business and assets to an Asian private equity firm
- Advised a Taiwanese-listed e-commerce company on a US$200 million acquisition of a buy-now-pay-later platform
Joint Ventures
- Advised a Taiwanese leading iLogistic services and infrastructure enterprise on two joint ventures with strategic and financial partners in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore), with a deal value of approximately US$205 million and US$160 million, respectively
