- Acted for a leading Taiwan-based private equity fund, in its approx. US$ 410 million privatization of a TPEx-listed and Cayman Islands-incorporated fabless semiconductor company.
- Acted for a consortium comprised of the management and the controlling shareholder in its approx. US$ 280 million privatization of a NASDAQ and TPEx dual-listed biotech company.
